Three Cheese Tortellini with Marinara Sauce, Chili Flakes and Kalamata Olives

Ingredients

1 package (Family size)BARILLA Three Cheese Tortellini
1 jarBARILLA Marinara Sauce
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 clovegarlic, chopped
1 teaspooncrushed red chili flakes
¼ cupkalamta olives, chopped
to tastesalt
to tastefreshly ground black pepper
½ cupParmigiano cheese, grated


BRING a large salted pot of water to a boil.
SAUTÉ garlic and chili flakes in olive oil for three minutes on medium heat
ADD chopped kalamata olives and sauté another 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, COOK Three Cheese Tortellini according to the package directions.
ADD the Marinara sauce to the olive mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
TOSS the Tortellini with the sauce mixture and sprinkle with Parmigiano cheese.
