| 1 box | BARILLA Linguine |
| 2 teaspoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon | flour |
| 1/2 teaspoon | salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | ground white pepper |
| 3 cups | low-fat milk |
| 1 cup | freshly grated Parmigiano cheese |
HEAT oil, flour, salt and pepper in saucepan over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a separate saucepan bring milk to a boil.
ADD milk gradually to flour mixture, stirring until smooth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add cheese and whisk until cheese is thoroughly mixed.
COOK Linguine according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
ADD sauce to hot Linguine and toss. Transfer to serving platter and serve immediately.
