| 1 jar | BARILLA Three Cheese Sauce |
| 1 1/4 cup | eggplant, diced |
| 1 1/2 teaspoon | fresh basil, chopped |
| 1/2 cup | water |
| 2 | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1/2 cup | fresh tomatoes, diced |
BRING a large water to a boil.
COMBINE Italian Cheese Sauce, eggplant, water and olive oil in a medium saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes or until egplant is tender.
COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain.
TOSS pasta with the sauce. Add basil and garnish with diced tomatoes.
