Ingredients for 4 people


1 box rigatoni
1 cup Gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
salt to taste


Ingredients

Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 12 minutes cooking

Dice Gorgonzola and melt in the top of a double boiler, whisking constantly.

When completely melted, add heavy cream and Parmigiano and cook for 3 minutes, whisking.

In the meantime, boil pasta in plenty of salted water according to package directions.

Drain and toss with the prepared cheese sauce.

Serve immediately.
