Ingredients for 4 people
1 ¼ cups mascarpone cheese
2/3 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
2 egg whites (beaten to stiff peaks)
4 tablespoons rum

Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 0 minutes cooking

In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with 1/3 cup of sugar.

When smooth, creamy and light in color, add mascarpone and stir in 4 tablespoons of rum. Add remaining sugar and combine gently.

With a wooden spoon, fold in 2 egg whites, whipped to stiff peaks, combining well.

Serve in individual dessert bowls, alone or with fruit, chocolate or dry cakes.
