Grill bread slices in the oven. While still warm, spread with small amount of butter and melt remaining butter in a pan.
Place slices in four individual buttered ramekins. Beat eggs, season with salt and pepper and pour over bread.
Top with finely sliced Alba truffle and dust with grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Sprinkle with a few drops of melted butter and bake in a preheated 400°F oven for a few minutes, until the eggs are cooked. Serve immediately.
