Ingredients for 4 people


1 3/4 pound salt cod
5/8 pound pickled peppers
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

pickled bell peppers

Preparation 0 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking

Clean, bone and keep in cold water for 3 days, changing the water at least twice a day. Once it's ready, boil in water for half of the cooking time, drain it and Set aside.

Drain pickled peppers and sauté for a few minutes in a pan with plenty of hot olive oil. Add salt cod, a pinch of salt and finish cooking. Serve hot.
