November New Recipes

Warm up the fall season Italian–style with new recipes for everyone in your family.  Choose from a hearty Minestrone soup, a rich baked pasta dish or a healthy PLUS or Whole Grain pasta recipe.  There’s also a Piccolini recipe paired with favorite Italian ingredients - delicious Italian cheeses.
 




Minestrone 101 

Minestrone is perhaps the most well known of all Italian soups and in Italy there are many variations. Seasonal vegetables are always included as well a few basic ingredients such as celery, carrots, onions, beans and stock. There's no right or wrong way to prepare minestrone, but there is the Chef Lorenzo way!

Easy Pasta Fagioli

This is a  quick, easy, delicious minestrone soup that is typically found in northern Italy.  Our recipe features Barilla Ditalini and Barilla Tomato & Basil Sauce.
